Our business is growing and looking for a talented Sous Chef. The ideal candidates will have leadership experience in an elevate casual dining restaurant environment and be passionate about service.

- Previous experience high volume restaurant environment.t
- Strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities of Sous Chef
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities.
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues.
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation.
- Train and manage restaurant personnel.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
