Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinates weekly practice schedule and workouts. Working with other coaches to think through practices and offer personalized feedback to swimmers. 

  • Communicates efficiently and clearly with Members regarding tryouts, progress, and team information. 

  • Always providing quality customer service to all members and team members. Communicates feedback well to the team and helps maintain the organization of the pool. 

  • Attends all swim meets as a USA swim certified coach. 

Desired Experience/Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years swim coaching 

  • Experience with Team Unify and Meet Manager is ideal 

Certifications 

  • USA Swimming Certified Coach
