Your Game Plan:
As Director of Building Operations, your mission is to ensure every inch of our facility runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll be responsible for the physical infrastructure of the club—from HVAC and electrical to plumbing and preventative maintenance. You’ll lead the engineering and maintenance teams with a proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach. Whether you’re responding to a real-time issue or planning a multi-year capital project, your work will directly impact member satisfaction and overall club operations.
Your Role on the Team:
Oversee all daily maintenance, engineering, and building systems operations
Manage and execute preventative maintenance plans and capital improvement projects
Supervise maintenance staff and engineers, creating a high-performing, service-oriented team
Coordinate with department heads to ensure facility readiness for programs, events, and day-to-day operations
Maintain safety and compliance across all systems, including inspections and licensing
Track budgets, manage vendors, and lead repairs with efficiency and accountability
What You Bring:
5+ years of facilities and engineering leadership experience
Proven ability to manage complex building systems in high-traffic, multi-use environments
Calm, clear communicator with a collaborative approach
Detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and dependable under pressure
Experience overseeing capital planning, project management, and compliance initiatives
Compensation & Benefits: We offer a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 based on experience, with the opportunity to earn quarterly performance bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
