Lakeshore Sport & Fitness is seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead and inspire all aspects of club operations, including fitness, training, events, programming, and overall member experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on, high-energy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building a strong team culture while driving both member satisfaction and revenue growth. As the leader of the club, you will set the tone across departments, ensuring seamless operations, elevated hospitality, and engaging programming that brings the community to life.

The ideal candidate is a collaborative, solution-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to motivate teams and deliver results. You are adaptable, creative, and committed to excellence, with a willingness to work one weekend day and be present during key club moments.
