We’re looking for an experienced triathlon and adult swim instructor to help build and grow our adult swim programs. This role is focused on high-quality coaching, relationship-building, and program development—working with adult swimmers and triathletes through private lessons, small groups, and clinics while supporting participation, retention, and revenue growth. You’ll collaborate closely with aquatics and club leadership in a welcoming, hospitality-driven environment where your coaching style and ideas truly matter.

Key Skills: triathlon or adult swim coaching experience, stroke analysis and technique instruction, program development, small-group and private coaching, relationship-building, clear communication, goal-setting, accountability, schedule management, and revenue awareness.
