We are seeking a passionate and energetic Padel Instructor to provide high-quality coaching to players of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of padel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging, structured training sessions.
- Plan and deliver individual and group padel lessons
- Teach proper technique, tactics, rules, and match strategy
- Adapt coaching methods to suit beginners through advanced players
- Organize drills, match play, and training programs
- Monitor player progress and provide constructive feedback
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment
- Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment
- Assist with tournaments, events, and club activities
- Maintain courts and report facility issues when necessary
- Proven experience playing and/or coaching padel
- Relevant coaching certification (preferred)
- Strong understanding of padel rules and game strategy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred)
- Professional, reliable, and enthusiastic attitude
